All kids are invited to join in sand art and stamping projects at the Market on Saturday. Ev Baldwin will demonstrate the techniques and help kids create their own pictures.

Ev has been a demonstrator for over eight years with the Stampin’ Up company. She teaches the art of rubber stamping to create cards, scrapbooks, and many imaginative gift items. At the Market, Ev sells cards for all occasions that she has designed. She also enjoys sharing ideas to help others with their stamping creations.

Each month Ev holds Stamp Camp, a three-hour, hands-on class. All of the supplies and instruction for stamping projects is provided for eight dollars.

Stamping is a fun hobby for Ev who is a retired, first-grade teacher. She and her husband, Dennis, recently moved to Kuna from McCall. Ev finds that sharing her love of stamping is a fun way to get to know others in the community. Dennis operates Good Shepard Landscaping.

Visit Ev at the Market or call her at 922-5233 for a schedule of classes or to learn more about the art of stamping.

Market hours are from 9 am to 12 noon every Saturday through October 27. The location is at Sandstone Plaza at the west end of Main Street in downtown Kuna.
