Cricket Langworthy’s backyard is bursting with color and flora. It is a garden of
country flowers selected for their beauty and lasting ability for Cricket to enjoy
her hobby of creating dashing cut- flower arrangements.
This year’s garden contains bold sunflowers of all sizes, zinnias, the Black-eyed
Susan, gladiolus from the striking, tall types to a small, red variety daintily
trimmed with white, cosmos, asters, and the fragrant stock. She also has accent
flowers such as baby’s breath, miniature daisies, and ornamental grasses that add
a touch of flair to an arrangement.
Cricket’s background in architectural design contributes to her natural touch for
arranging flowers.
At the Market Cricket has bouquets in vases as well as tied bunches that are artistically
arranged and ready to take home. She takes special orders and can provide flowers
for informal weddings.
Pick up a bouquet from Cricket at the Market or call her at 860-9183 to order for
your special occasion.
