In less than three weeks, the Vogel’s have had their second team expansion. Jared
Donavan Vogel was born Monday morning at 7:48 am, August 27, to Tori and Ben Vogel.
Jared attended his first Market last Saturday. Jared’s big brother, Devin, who is
16 months old, can be seen riding in the backpack seat while his dad, Ben, serves
up hot sandwiches.
Both Jared and his cousin Mikey, who was born August 9 to Janell (Vogel) and Chris
Lester, slept soundly in their carriers during the Market as their parents took
orders for sausage sandwiches, and helped customers with sweet corn and fresh tomatoes.
Tori and Ben Vogel live in Melba.
Fresh produce at the Market: tomatoes, green beans, cucumbers, sweet corn, red potatoes,
onions, garlic, peppers, cantaloupe, Crenshaw melons, watermelon, herbs, okra, chard,
and a variety of summer squashes.
Market hours are from 9 am to 12 noon every Saturday through October 27. The location
is at Sandstone Plaza at the west end of Main Street in downtown Kuna.
