Chocolate Zucchini Cake

From Jacquie Kreps, the Kreps kids Mom.

Ingredients:

½ cup Soft Margarine
½ cup Vegetable Oil
1¾ cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 Eggs
½ cup Sour Milk*
2½ cups Flour
4 Tablespoons Cocoa
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
½ teaspoon Baking Powder
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
½ teaspoon Ground Cloves
2 cups Grated Zucchini
½ cup Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.

In large bowl, cream together margarine, oil, sugar, vanilla, eggs, and sour milk.  Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture and beat well with mixer.  Stir in zucchini and ½ of chocolate chips.

Put in greased and floured 13x9" pan.  Sprinkle top with remaining chocolate chips.  Bake at 325 for 40-45 minutes.

Finished! No frosting needed!

*Make sour milk by adding 1 teaspoon vinegar or lemon juice to the milk.
