Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Ingredients:

Soft Margarine |

½ cup |
Vegetable Oil |

1¾ cup |
Sugar |

1 teaspoon |
Vanilla |
|

Eggs |

½ cup |
Sour Milk* |
|
2½ cups |
Flour |
|
4 Tablespoons |
Cocoa |
|
1 teaspoon |
Baking Soda |
|
½ teaspoon |
Baking Powder |
|
½ teaspoon |
Cinnamon |
|
½ teaspoon |
Ground Cloves |
|
2 cups |
Grated Zucchini |
|
½ cup |
Chocolate Chips |
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
In large bowl, cream together margarine, oil, sugar, vanilla, eggs, and sour milk.
Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture and beat well with mixer. Stir in zucchini
and ½ of chocolate chips.
Put in greased and floured 13x9" pan. Sprinkle top with remaining chocolate
chips. Bake at 325 for 40-45 minutes.
Finished! No frosting needed!
*Make sour milk by adding 1 teaspoon vinegar or lemon juice to the milk.
