Stuffed Zucchini

Ingredients:

Oversized Zucchini |

Salt and pepper to taste |

1 pound |
Regular Sausage |
|
1 pound |
Spicy Sausage |
|
1 ½ teaspoons |
Garlic Salt |
|
½ to ¾ cup |
Box "Marie Calendar" Croutons
(Garlic and Cheese flavored) |

3 Tablespoons |
Parmesan Cheese |
|
½ Carton |
IMO Sour Cream |
|

Sliced Mozzarella cheese |
Directions:
Slice zucchini lengthwise and scoop out the seeds. Hollow ends as needed.
Poke with fork. Salt and pepper to taste. Place on cookie sheet in 350
degree oven.
Cook sausage thoroughly. Drain grease. Add garlic salt, parmesan, croutons,
and sour cream. Stir thoroughly. Stuff meat mixture into zucchini halves
and place in oven until zucchini is fork tender (30-45 minutes).
Place mozzarella slices on top when done and let melt.
Slice portions and serve.
